All of our embroidery is made to order. We currently have a 7-10 business day turnaround time, that doesn’t include shipping time and it is an estimate, meaning its could be sooner or later than the 10 business days depending on the amount of orders received. We do offer a rush order option for an additional fee which will ship your order in 1-2 business days.

Due to the fact that our items are all handmade and made to order they are considered custom made, so there are no refunds or exchanges. But we do accept cancellations or if you’d like to make a change to your order before it is made it has to be done within 72 hours after the order is placed.

All packages are shipped through USPS, if your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS to initiate a claim and they will be able to track or issue compensation for the lost or stolen package. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer responsible for the package or for the claim.
