We always strive to ship out your orders in a timely manner, we currently have a 10 business day turnaround time that does not include weekends or holidays. That also does not include shipping time, shipping time depends on the type of shipping you select during checkout through usps. If you need your order sooner than that please email us as we also offer a rush order option for an additional fee.

You have 3 business days after the order is placed to request a change on your purchase or a cancellation after that your order should be in the process of being made so no cancelations, size changes, or changes of any type will be allowed. Thank you so much for your understanding ✨

If you're purchasing a custom name sweatshirt or custom name sleeve make sure to double check spelling and color selections as we will not accept any changes of any type once the listing is purchased.

Turnaround Time

All of our embroidery is made to order. We currently have a 10 business day turnaround time, that doesn’t include shipping time and it is an estimate, meaning its could be sooner or later than the 10 business days depending on the amount of orders received. We do offer a rush order option for an additional fee which will ship your order in 1-2 business days.

Returns and Exchange Policy

Due to the fact that our items are all handmade and made to order they are considered custom made, so there are no refunds or exchanges. But we do accept cancellations or if you’d like to make a change to your order before it is made it has to be done within 72 hours after the order is placed.

What to do if your package is lost or stolen?

All packages are shipped through USPS, if your package is lost or stolen please contact USPS to initiate a claim and they will be able to track or issue compensation for the lost or stolen package. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer responsible for the package or for the claim.
